Important announcement about owning multiple accounts

Hi all,

I will soon push an update that does the following:

  • Request you to verify your e-mail address

  • Instruct you on how to link multiple accounts to a single e-mail address

  • Allow you to switch between accounts without logging in or using multiple browsers

  • Introduce a set of rules for using multiple accounts


    • Basically, all the rules come down to: Link all of your accounts, don't try to cheat the system.

    Some rules will explicitly state what the game software will enforce, things like 1) prohibiting from purchasing a single tulip with different accounts 2) prohibiting from interacting with auction house lots from alt accounts in any way and 3) enforcing to communicate very clearly to other players 'who' you are.

    This shouldn't have too much effect on gameplay. You will just be prompted to verify your e-mail address. Or, in case you have used multiple e-mail addresses to create multiple accounts: You will be told how to request 1) linking accounts together and 2) deleting e-mail addresses associated to current alt accounts.
